Refund & exchange policy
PACT CO. will receive an exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition for change of mind for 14 days.
This policy currently includes all products including sales
If the product has been opened, used or are returned damaged then no refund can be made. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please always email email@example.com before sending back and we recommend using a tracked service as the transport risks are determined by the sender.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or you feel it is not as advertised then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the products. We will work with you as best as possible to resolve any issues.
